We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all of our products. This guarantee covers the fabrics, stitching and workmanship of the nappies. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage or failure to follow our simple care instructions. If you do encounter a problem with your nappies, please contact us. We will replace any defective item free of charge. An emailed photo of the damaged product or similar evidence will be required.  


The Green Nappy Company respects our customers' privacy. We will never disclose or sell contact details (including email addresses) to any third party. The Green Nappy Company does not handle payment transactions directly. We do not have access to your financial details.

Shipping and Handling within Australia

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.90 on all orders. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If you require a different method of postage, please contact us and we are happy to assist. Our usual posting days are Mondays and Fridays. 

For orders outside Australia, please contact us for shipping charges before placing your order. We will use Australia Post for overseas shipping.


We will accept returns of unused, unwashed nappies in their original condition even if you simply change your mind. All labels must remain attached to items you want to return. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return nappies. We cannot accept returns of used or washed nappies, unless there is a problem with the nappies covered by our guarantee. Please contact us if you encounter any problems. We cannot refund postage or handling charges for returns unless the product is defective.



The Green Nappy Company is not currently registered for GST due to our small turnover and there is no tax on our products.
